A quick and easy recipe to add to baked potatoes.
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons onion, grated
2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Pinch of dried thyme
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
Garnishes: Crispy bacon, roasted broccoli florets, roasted tomatoes.
Yields: 1 cup

In a bowl, combine the sour cream, onion, parsley, thyme, paprika and salt.
Cut the hot baked potato in half and add the dressing.
Keep it simple or add the suggested garnishes.
