So good, simple and tasty. Perfect for a cold night. I am not an Eggnog fan, I much prefer this recipe for any holiday gathering. Cheers!
2 cups half and half
4 teaspoons dark brown sugar
2 ounces of Brandy
1/2 ounce Cognac
3 teaspoons Sorva Vanilla Syrup
Cinnamon for dusting
Yield: serving for 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes
In a saucepan mix all the ingredients.
Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until the sugar has dissolved.
Ladle into cups or mugs and dust with cinnamon.
