French Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika

  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  • 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1 cup olive oil

Yields: 2 cups

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: none

Method:

  1. In a jar or a blender, place the salt, pepper, paprika, mustard and sugar.

  2. Add the vinegar, and the oil.

  3. Place the top on the jar, and shake. If using a blender, mix for 2 minutes until the mixture is emulsified.

  4. It's ready to serve.
