Quick, easy and a change from a potato puree.
5 ounces chestnut, recooked whole shelled and chopped
1 1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon tahini paste
1 teaspoon salt
Yields: serving for 2
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Place the chestnuts in a pan with heavy cream.
Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Place the mixture in a blender.
Add the tahini and salt.
