Carrot Slaw Recipe

Easy to make, healthy and goes well with any main course.



  • 4 carrots, grated

  • 2 Hakurei radish, or white radish, grated

  • 1broccoli head ( I used a combination of Romanesco and regular) , finely chopped

  • salt and pepper

Sauce:

  • 1/3- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon mustard

  • 2 shales of Tobasco

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Yields: serving for 4

Prep Time: 20 mintues

Cook Time: none


  1. Place the vegetables in a bowl.

  2. Mix the sauce ingredients and add to the vegetables.

  3. Mix well and season to taste.
