Easy to make, healthy and goes well with any main course.
4 carrots, grated
2 Hakurei radish, or white radish, grated
1broccoli head ( I used a combination of Romanesco and regular) , finely chopped
salt and pepper
1/3- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
2 shales of Tobasco
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Yields: serving for 4

Cook Time: none
Place the vegetables in a bowl.
Mix the sauce ingredients and add to the vegetables.
Mix well and season to taste.
