Easy to make and incredibly tasty, this recipe qualifies as some of the best ribs I’ve ever made. I recommend wrapping the meat in parchment for the second cooking. This will help to create steam and retain a moist, juicy texture.

Ingredients:
1 rack st. louis spareribs
1 cup Sauce Beautiful
Yields: serving for 3
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Method:
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Place the ribs on a wire rack and put the rack on a baking sheet. Place in the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 350°F.
Remove from the oven and pour off the fat.
Pour the sauce over the ribs.
Cover the ribs with parchment paper (an envelope of parchment), and place back in the oven to cook for 45minutes to 1 hour.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and serve with more sauce on the side.
